Khloe Kardashian put her toned body in the spotlight when she shared a stunning bikini photo on Friday.

The 40-year-old Kardashian star showed off her sun-kissed skin and toned abs in a tiny white thong as she sunbathed by the pool.

Khloe’s curvaceous figure was on full display as she focused the camera on her hips and waist, while keeping her face hidden in the photo.

Her followers went wild over the photo, with one commenting: “The most beautiful lady on the planet. Yes you are!! Inside and out!!”

A second said: “The body gives!” A third added: “The perfect girl does exist,” and a fourth wrote: “The body of a goddess.”

Khloe has been pushing her body to the limit with daily workouts for years, after completely overhauling her lifestyle in 2013 following her divorce from husband, Lamar Odom.

But on a recent episode of The Kardashians, she admitted that if drugs like Ozempic had been popular when she was “heavier,” she likely would have used them to lose weight.

“When I was older and they had Ozempic, I probably would have tried it, because I tried everything,” she said in a confessional.

“I’ve tried every possible weight loss fad except the one that really works: lifestyle change.”

Khloe trains religiously

She continued: “So I really want to encourage health and not the number on the scale. I just think people should be active.

“I don’t really care what size you are, you just have to be healthy and stronger for yourself.”

Khloe admitted that exercising brings her joy: “Exercise makes me happy and it’s something that’s so authentic to me.

Khloe prefers circuit training with cardio intervals

“Something I really love makes my heart so happy,” she added.

During the episode, Khloe spoke to Fabletics about their new partnership and shed light on her workout routine and diet for the brand.

“I do circuit training with cardio intervals, so my heart rate is constantly going up and down,” she explains.

Khloe still treats herself to pizza

“For a shoot like this, where I know I’m going to be showing a lot of skin, I definitely train a lot harder. And then I always celebrate with a big pizza, because that’s just the way it goes.”

In a previous interview with InStyle, Khloe admitted that working out brings a sense of control to her life. “If I’m having a really bad day, I go to the gym,” she said.

“I may not feel like going to the gym, but I go anyway. And when I’m done, I feel a lot lighter.

“I’m kind of a control freak, but in life we ​​can’t control everything,” she continued. “But the gym, what I put into it, I know I’m going to get out… I love having that control.”
